Lesson packages and programs

In the time that I've been helping people overcome the barriers that have prevented them from achieving to their full potential, I've noticed that there are certain key areas where people get stuck. The following packages are designed to help people in these key areas.

Computing Unchained!

A six week program to help you rediscover free and comfortable computer use.

If you work at a computer for much of your day, you will probably have experienced not just the benefits but some of the evils of the technological age. The screen seems to draw you in... you realise that your neck hurts. Using the keyboard becomes a painful chore. Your mousing hand is numb. You've tried fancy keyboards, spongy mousemats, kneeler chairs. Trips to the doctor, the osteopath provide only temporary relief. So where do you go from here?

Using the computer needn't be painful. It needn't be a chore. It truly is possible to complete your work without damaging your body in the process. This course is intended to give you all the tools you need to undo the unnecessary muscular tension that makes you sore and fatigued, as well as dealing with the thoughts and concepts that led to the muscular tension in the first place.

You'll receive:

  • 6 half-hour private lessons at my teaching rooms (worth £180)
  • 1 home/workplace visit - I come to your place of work and work with you in the place where problems are most likely to show! (worth £45)
  • A copy of What You Think is What You Get  by Don Weed, an introductory book to the Alexander Technique. (worth £18)
  • A free course diary with information pages and places for you to fill in your thoughts and questions between lessons
  • A free post-program assessment, usually held a month after the final lesson, so that we can debrief and check how you are progressing.

Cost of package: £220
